Post 3: Characterisation

Protagonist -  The main character in a drama or other literary work.  The audience is intended to most identify with the protagonist.

AntagonistThe principal character in opposition to the protagonist or hero of a narrative or drama. In the classic style of stories wherein the action consists of a hero fighting a enemy, the two can be regarded as protagonist and antagonist, respectively.

Questions for character
What is your job? and what aspects do you enjoy?
I'm a banker, I like money, cars and the lush lifestyle, also I can take holidays when I want because I am the boss.
What's your average day involve?
Lots of hard work and making money through investments, plus making credit control decisions on companies with accounts in the company.
Do you enjoy life at the moment?
No due to the fact that the government have put restrictions on how much investments a bank can make so therefore I am not making much money at the moment.
What is your social/family like?
Due to my heavy work schedule I have not had time to find love and start a family, also most of my friends have left me because I am to strong minded and do not enjoy doing what they do.
Are you strong minded or weak minded?
Strong minded.
How do you handle the pressure of being a banker?
I take lots of breaks when working otherwise my mind overloads. Its enjoyable at times when you get a big profit but its a lot of weight on your shoulders when a deal turns bad so I have stress relief balls.

Who is my Character?
My character is a city banker who has had a life long career of being a high flyer within the city and now he faces a horrible end to his life and to the money. He has no support either due to the fact his friends have rejected him and he has no family to fall back on.

Where are they experiencing their problem?
 They are experiencing their problem through the antagonist the British government who are imposing heavy restrictions on the banks of England, by making them only invest small money into company's and other business sectors.

What is the solution?
The solution is that the banker has to face up to the fact that he will not have such a lush lifestyle in the future, but the question is can he handle this factor? He many contemplate suicide.
